Welcome to the Hullett Central Public School website. You have come to the information source of an exciting, vibrant, caring, eager, and highly successful learning community. We are a school of JK- grade 8 students from Londesborough, Blyth, and the surrounding areas, with a staff of teachers, educational assistants, technical resource assistant, custodian, secretary, and principal.
Hullett Central PS was originally built in 1966, having experienced several renovations since. We are located in the heart of Londesborough, just off Highway 4, mid way between Clinton and Blyth on ten acres of beautiful land. Inside the school, we enjoy many amenities: a smartboard in almost every classroom, netbooks, iPads, computers, wifi, and a current, expanding, inclusive library. We also have an exceptional, committed staff that shares, what each has learned through years of diverse experiences, to enrich the learning of students.
Hullett enjoys the support of a very active and involved parent community. The members of which provide countless volunteer hours reading and working directly with students to enhance learning and provide leadership and support for our annual Terry Fox Run, school council, annual auction and school greening and playground initiatives. Without a solid partnership, based on mutual respect, appreciation, and school improvement, Hullett Central could not be the success it is.
We are proud of the accomplishments of our community members, whether through athletics, academics, volunteer efforts, character demonstrations or personal growth. Together we achieve more as we grow in character, and in all areas, continually do our best and never give up.
Wendy Armstrong-Gibson, Principal.
