June 2019 Final Newsletter

Principal’s Message

The final days of the 2019-2020 school year is upon us. As we each look forward to a break from the usual routine of school, the homework, the preparation, making lunches and playground antics, students and teachers alike find this a change and that can be uncomfortable for some. Trips to the library, a summer journal, a photo story and STEM activities keep minds actively engaged and children keenly occupied.

We wish each family a safe and happy summer filled with adventures, making of memories and long days full of sunshine and happiness. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to serve families and the community of Seaforth PS and I look forward to the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. We will see you back here in September.

Staff Changes

We want to recognize our staff members who will be leaving our school team and heading to other areas of the board. Best wishes to Mr. Diamond, Ms. Troyer, Ms. VanHarten and Mrs. Hummel. We are forever grateful to the volunteers who give up their time to support the work in our school. We have parents, grandparents, local community members, retired teachers and administrators spending time in our building to make our school a great place to be.
